Mathematical General Relativity: Spinor methods

The goal of this series of talks is to give an introduction to mathematical general relativity sufficient to appreciate recent progress and current problems in the field, as well as to study and critique standard concepts and formulations in the hope of opening new avenues of investigation. In this talk we will give some background in spinor methods and associated curvature tensor decompositions as a tool to understanding conformal compactifications. This talk will be largely independent of the previous talks in this series.
